Experience in London, United Kingdom by Meghranjana
What is it like to live in London? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
It was a wonderful experience to live and study in London. The city is a beautiful blend of culture, architecture, the old and the new. One has plenty of options to choose - from Chinese food at Leicester Square, to partying in Piccadilly Circus, from opera at Royal Albert Hall to a movie at Odeon Cinema - one has lot to do! Cuisines of different countries are available for big foodies who like to taste all the different kinds of flavours. There is aways some big or small movie premiere taking place in Odeon Cinema Leicester Square. There is a lot to see, learn and experience. Walking around the city helps. The best thing about London it is's multicultural atmosphere (or atleast before Brexit it was - I haven't been to London after the Brexit).
What is the student lifestyle like in London?
The best. The professors and administrative departmental staff are very helpful and encouraging.
How much does it cost to live in London?
A LOT! About 900 GBP - 1000 GBP.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in London? Is there any advice you can give?
