Why did you choose to go to London, United Kingdom?

Because I thought that it was a fantastic city. I was wrong. It's the best city in the world since it is the whole world in one city.

How long does the grant last? How much money do you get for help?

4 months, I got around €850 from my university.

What's the student environment like in London?

Very diverse, people from all over the world.

Would you recommend the city and the University of London to other students?

I went to Queen Mary University. It's not one of the best, but it's not bad.

How's the country's food?

The food in good pubs is very good and comforting, the rest is international food.

How did you find accommodation?

Through the website GumTree in the Short Term Accommodation part.

How are the accommodation prices? And the prices in general?

The accommodation prices are very expensive, but everything depends on the area. The prices in general are also very expensive: food, transport, outings, drinks. It's really worth going to the local market and to the vintage shops to buy everything.

What's the language like? Did you attend a language course at the university?

It's the best, with the best accent that exists. I didn't do a course, I already knew how to speak it.

What is the cheapest way to get to London from your city?

Plane.

Where would you recommend for a night out in London?

Brick Lane, Piccadilly Circus, Soho.

And eating out in London? Can you name your favourite places?

The pubs, always!

And in terms of cultural visits?

Everything that you can see. Every day I got to know a different place and in 4 months there were still things I hadn't seen.

Go and don't sleep!
