Why did you choose to go to London, United Kingdom?
I chose to go to London because it seemed to be the best city to learn English in and was the closest to Spain.
How long does your grant last for? How much money do you receive as financial support?
My grant lasts for 8 months, which equates to a total of 3200€.
What is student life like in London?
There are lots of young people studying, and the classes really make you think and broaden your critical approach to learning.
Would you recommend the city and the university that you study at in London to other students?
Absolutely!
What is the food like in the UK?
Horrible, really really bad.
Was it difficult for you to find accommodation in London?
A little bit. Besides, rent prices are really high in London.
How much does it cost to live in London?
A minimum of 600€ a month.
What is the language like? Did you go to any language classes at the university?
It's getting better, but it's quite difficult in the beginning.
What's the cheapest way of getting to London from your city?
Searching for good offers on flights, and National Express buses.

Is there any advice that you want to give to future students in London?
Choose another English-speaking country that's cheaper. And, don't choose a university that is right in the centre of London, because it means that everything will be more expensive. It's better to choose a smaller city or a town.
