Why did you choose to go to Lodz, Poland?

The foremost reason is as follows -I am a PhD student in Linguistics. I have studied the information about the University of Lodz and found out that this field is rather well developed and taught here, in Lodz.

Another reason is that Poland is quite cheap and since I had planned to come here with my family (children) it was a good option to choose this country.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My mobility is of 10 months period and I receive a monthly allowance of 1500 EURO-s. This amount is a good contribution to my living expenses, to cover rental/accommodation fees as well as electricity, gas, internet etc. fees. I hope to save up some amount to purchase useful literature for my thesis as well.
