The food is very good and cheap.

Łódź is not such an expensive city.

  • To go to the movies it costs about 5 euros.
  • Good big pizza costs about 4-6 euros.
  • Beer costs 1-2 euros.
  • Bread 0. 8 euros.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lodz from your city?

I think in most cases it will be by plane.

There is an airport in Łódź, you can also use the airport in Warsaw. Travel time from Warsaw to Łódź by train approx 1. 5 hours

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lodz?

There are a lot of attractions. Europe's renovated factory (Manufaktura) converted into a center of commerce and entertainment. You can find a lot of nice dining places and great shopping centre. We have beautiful interactive museums - textile, film, and war. There is also a very nice Zoo, very close to the University's ice rink.

There is also one of the largest water parks in Europe.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Lodz?

There are a lot of cool places in Łódź, mainly in Manufaktura and Piotrkowska Street for night life. My favorite place is Restauracja Finestra on Radwanska street, very good food and friendly staff adds to its climate.
