What advice would you give future students heading to Lima?

Lima is a big, noisy an chaotic city, rich in history and cultural expressions. As any other big city has safe and nice neighbourhoods and some places to avoid. I received many students in my apartment and all of them had a wonderful life experience, all became in love of this amazing country, you just have to adapt fast, make a good research about Peru to know if this country is what you need, some people will enjoy speed, multicultural shape, changing and challenging society like ours others would prefer predictability and order.
