my scholarship its for 10 moths, and I receive 250€ for month

it's chill, during the weekend it's really full of young people, but on the weekend not that much

Would you recommend the city and the University of Leiria to other students?

yes, it's a good place

What is the food like?

I'm vegan and it's difficult to find some places but at the end you always find something

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Leiria?

no, there are a lot of pages where you can find a flat

How much does it cost to live in Leiria?

it's arround 200-250€, but you always have some cheaper flat

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

yes, and you can do it in you mother language if you talk with the professors

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Leiria from your city?

with bus or boleias and plane

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Leiria?

the most usual is one clap named anubis, but it's like the "erasmus place" and you don't have so much options

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Leiria?

aromas restaurant it's cheaper and there are really options to eat

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

the castle, the museum, a walk between the river

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Leiria in the future?

they have to discover the city, the near cities and enjoy it
