Eindhoven or Amsterdam airport?

I am in Leeuwarden a city in the north of Holland, and to fly to another countries, Eindhoven has a lot of flies very cheaps, but... the problem is the distance and the price of the train, i dont know if is better to pay a little more for the ticket in Amsterdam that is more near or go to Eindhoven and spend a lot of time! what do you think?
