What is it like to live in La Spezia? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I think it is a pretty city. There are lots of nice sea-places, such as Portovenere, Lerici and Cinque Terre, which are very known in all over the world. Anyway it is a very small city, so I won't recommend it for people who likes big citys.

What is the student lifestyle like in La Spezia?

Usually students meet together on Saturday afternoon in the main street of the city centre. Often they go to the cinema or to the disco on Saturday night.

How much does it cost to live in La Spezia?

It is not too expensive.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in La Spezia? Is there any advice you can give?

No, I don't think it is difficult to find accommodation in LA Spezia. Obviously it depends on the neighbourhood.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is awesome! My favourite dish is pizza.

What places would you recommend visiting in La Spezia?

I would recommend all the sea-side places, because they are very beautiful and particular.

Is it good to eat out in La Spezia? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes, it is. I would recommend for sure "Toa degli aranci": it is a restaurant which has original dishes.

Is the nightlife good in La Spezia? Where is good to go?

I think it is not the best city, in which you can find a good nightlife. But if you want to drink something in a nice place you can go to Porto Mirabello.

What advice would you give future students heading to La Spezia?

I would recommend the university in La Spezia for the beautiful view and the quiet life style.
