I am looking for a flatmate for my flat in a quiet apartment located very close to Alsancak Kıbrıs Şehitleri Caddesi, Alsancak Station. It can be short or long term. An independent room will be rented. There is generally no shortage at home. The rented room has a single bed and 2 drawers. I work from home. I need active silence, at least during the hours I'm working. Common area cleaning etc. We meet under humanitarian minimum conditions. We mutually balance our coming and going home. Regular payment and being human is a must. A rental fee, a deposit will be required in advance. Every room of the house is sunny and clean.
