apartment is near pier of kadıköy. it has 3 bedrooms and 1 saloon. sunny and large apartment. 2 students stay in there who studying at marmara üniversity. the room is complete moreover double bed. it has gas, 24h hot water. the apartment is in center of istanbul.
beşiktaş is 20 minutes (on steamboat)
taksim is 30 min. (24h bus)
marmara university goztepe campus 10 min (by bus)
dogus university 10 min.
250 euro/month + about 50 euro bills

We are 2 Erasmus students looking for 2 single rooms during our exchange semester at Bilgi Univerisitesi Istanbul (which is from 31 January till 17 June). Our names are Laurens and Steven and we are both Dutch students from Avans University Breda, the Netherlands following the course IBMS (International Business and Management Studies).

Is there anyone looking for a room near Bogazici University? I have a free room for you.
Our flat is on the same street as the university; it is 3-4 mins on foot from the campus. We want to rent one of our rooms. Since it is very close to the university, the street is mostly resided by the university students.
Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all maximum 5 mins walking distance from the apartment. Our flat is on the 4th floor and it has 4 rooms + a TV hall + a big kitchen + 2 balconies.
We are now 2 homemates living here; one of us are studying at Boğaziçi and one of us has just graduated from the same uni. The room for rent is around 16 m2. Everything that comes to mind for a room exist ( bed + wardrobe + table + chair + bedside table ) in the room.
Since it is a relatively high floor, sunlight lits the room in the day. The flat is fully furnished and all necessary tools/stuff for a kitchen can be found. You won't need to buy anything else. The flat in general is very cosy. There is a table and some chairs on the balcony for a nice chat with friends. Wi-Fi reaches to all rooms. We keep the flat as clean as possible unlike many other male student flats.
The rent is 750 TL (approx. 310 EUR / 400 USD) including all the utilities. If you are interested, please contact me.

hi i university 3 bi-class student residence in Istanbul Beylikduzu have 1 +1 apartment in a brand new 16-storey project is currently 16 pool, sauna, hammam, massage parlors, fitness rooms on the floor, such as bars and cafe has it all. apartment fully furnished and has unlimited internet. If you think I need a friend rent 700 tl (350-350 for once) common talk. Thank you.

Hi everyone, we have two rooms very close to Boğaziçi University (Etiler-Bebek) . We are looking for the spring semester (12/13 spring)
In total, 2 people live in the flat and both is student in Boğaziçi University. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms for rent are all furnished. In the room, there is a single-bed, a couche,a wardrobe, a study table y etc.... In the flat, we have a washing mac., dish washer, a refrigerator and etc. The kitchen is totally ok and ready for use.
The price depends on size of the rooms.
For the bigger one 650TL and,all bills included( wifi-water-electricity-gas and etc)
For the smaller one 550TL and all bills included.
The flat is 3 minutes walking time to South Campus, 15 minutes by bus to the metro station(Levent), 20 minutes by bus to the metrobus station(Zincirlikuyu), 25-30 minutes to Beşiktaş and 30-35 minutes to Taksim by bus.
More detailed pictures of the room and flat will be shared when a request is accepted.
