Iran has a lot of drinks and the famous one is doogh and it is really popular not in iran in middle east too for example in turkey people call this ayran. The base of this drink is water, yogurt and salt and some fragrant vegetable like as mint.

You should serve this drink cold especially when you want eat kabab. It is easy to prepare, you just need a pitcher and enough yogurt and cold water or ice and mint, and in final step you should mix them as well as you can but be careful this drink shouldn’t be too salty.

There is a food that typically people prepare it at summer based on doogh. You make enough doogh for everyone and then you chop some cucumbers and add them to doogh. You can you can add some chopped dill, mint and garlic. Pour them into a bowl and add as you want some chopped bread and with walnut you won't need to oven. This food is really good for summer and helps to reducing the temperature of your body.

If you came to iran one day try this drink and if you couldn't make it you will find it in any supermarkets.As I mentioned before don’t forget to order this amazing drink with your foods, especially kabab and grilled chicken. In some parts of iran drink this with mulberry. This would be a good combination of different tastes, sweet and salt in a same time.

In Traditional medicine, experts had made a list of the advantages of this drink. Its good for children and is a huge source of B, calcium.it is very good for digestion and also your stomach and heart.If you add some dried damask rose to your drink, this makes you happier and pizzazz. so dont forget to drink!
