Bcause it is one of Romania's most important university center and has a very good background in teaching. (the oldest university in Romania was built in 1860 in Iasi).

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

3 years, around 500 euro/month, which is enough for living in Iasi

great, lot of cultures and civilizations

yes

What is the food like?

very good

no, there are a lot of flats for rent or in university campus

is rather fifficult for a foreigner to learn romanian, but most of the youngs speak english or french.
