Why did you choose to go to Huelva, Spain?

Because a friend of mine from Sevilla recommended the city to me.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I received the scholarship over twelve months and I got just over 3, 000€.

How is the student atmosphere in Huelva?

Very nice. People are happy to help you if you have any problems, and teachers are usually available. The University has a few organisational problems.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Huelva to other students?

It isn't for everyone. It's a small city and at first it can be a little bit boring, but you have to learn to love it. It's well located so you can travel around.

What about the national food?

It's very good you can get dinner for as little as 6€.

Was it difficult to find accommodation in Huelva?

No, there are lots accommodation vacancies online.

How much does it cost to live in Huelva?

Not much. On average about 250-300€/month, including rent.

What about the language? Did you attend a course at University?

I did a course before going, but if you're Italian the language is pretty easy to learn.

What is the cheapest way to get to Huelva from your city?

By plane.

What places would you recommend for a night out in Huelva?

Mandala, Red Lyon, Sala Lone, Sala Ego, and ESN always organises parties.

And eating out in Huelva? Can you tell us your favourite places?

Mantua, Topo, Bonilla.

What about for a cultural visit?

The city has few monuments.
