What is it like to live in Helsinki? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I love Helsinki. It's more because of the people here. Somehow,I don't understand and a lot of my friends don't understand that why Finnish people are so friendly/warm friendly? Helsinki gave me a feeling that I am back to my hometown. I would recommend to have a causal walk in the down town and take a bowl of salmon soup in the market nearby the port and the people would happily ask do you enjoy it and you happly enjoy it and thank them.

How much does it cost to live in Helsinki?

EUR 1200 min.... But you have to cook and also depends on the rent.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Helsinki? Is there any advice you can give?

Not very easy for a foreigner like me. I would like to know also.
It seems there's not so many options...

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

quite many foreign cuisine but majority Italian/Chinese/Turkish. A bit boring in general.
