Where is it?

Located in the South-Est of France, Grenoble is a nice and peaceful place surrounded by mountains. If you love nature but also human-size cities, it's the place for you! We have a lot of green places where you can "chill" with your friend during the whole year and also, we have lakes around to survive during our hot summers! But if you love history, you also have to know that during the Second War we played a major part. But I'll let you discover it by yourself.

About the student life:

Regarding the student life is quite alright : we have some nice "pub" or bars all over town and the drinks are very affordable which is a major plus when you're a student. We also have clubs but they are mostly in the suburbs areas but one is in the city-center in our "rue piétone" : Vertigo, it's a small one however the music is really good.

What else?

You can also easily travel from there : we're 1h away from Lyon (which is our "Paris" of the south but cleaner and with nicer people, and not as huge as Paris), but you can also take the bus and go to see the sea in the south (Marseilles, Cannes, Nice, etc). You also have a easy access to other countries such as Italy, Switzerland or even Germany.

Finally, I know for sure that Grenoble is a nice multicultural place where you can meet nice people during your stay!
