How much does it cost to live in Granada?

You can get by with no more than 400 euros each month due to you can go walking everywhere. Also, eating out is not expensive. For 2 euros you can get a drink and a "tapa" (some food to go with).

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Granada? Is there any advice you can give?

Not at all. You won´t have any problem to find a flat because there are plenty of them available during the entire year, but it is good to start looking for in summer (avoid agencies).

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Basically the food is the typical one here in Andalusia but I recommend some dishes like "plato alpujarreño" or "cazón".
