My scholarship is for 6 months.

In Granada you never get bored. The student lifestyle is exciting. They have a lot of student activities, parties and organisations you can join. There are cheap touristic companies (exp. Emycet Granada) that organise trips for the weekends to other cities in Spain.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Granada to other students?
Definitely yes.

Every café, bar or restaurant you go to, you order a drink and get a small tapa for free with it! Of course the quality of the tapas differs, but most of the times it's really good!
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Granada?
Tt is quite easy to find accommodation in Granada, especially a room in a shared flat with other. But if you want to study and to be quiet at home it's better to choose a flat for you own, because students here make a lot of parties at home.

The cheapest way to come to Granada is definitely taking a flight to Malaga and from there a bus to Granada (about 1, 5 - 2 hours). You can take the bus directly from Malaga airport to Granada and it costs 13€ more or less.

There are a lot of restaurants that you can eat fantastic food. I prefer pastas so a good one for me is an Italian restaurant named La tagliatella at Calle Recogidas.

In Granada the most famous place that for sure you need to visit is Alhambra: a masterpiece of islamic architecture. However, you can visit: the old Arab town, Albaicin; Capilla Real; Catedral Santa María de la Encarnación in the center of the city; La Alcaicería (Arab Spice Market); International festival of music and dance (flamenco); Sierra Nevada mauntains, etc.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Granada in the future?
It's a warm city generally and the winter starts in the end of November. But if you come in the winter semester you should bring warm clothes, since it can really get cold in Granada.
