Why did you decide to go to Granada in Spain?

One of my lecturers recommended that I do an internship there. I decided to go and discover Andalusia.

How much time did you spend there? How much did you receive in financial aid?

What is the student atmosphere like in Granada?

I did an internship so it was quite difficult to find other students but I know that this city has a lot at the university.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Granada to other students?

Yes - for the climate, culture and lifestyle... a real change of scene.

What's the food like there?

Super! Tapas, mojitos, sun... happiness!

Did you find it difficult to find a place to live in Granada?

No, there are lots of adverts!

How much does it cost to live in Granada?

Not very much compared to other towns, but it all depends on each person's budget!

How did you find learning the language? Have you gone to any language courses at the University?

I haven't attended any language courses. I took a while to get used to the accent because I wasn't accustomed to it at all but you get there in the end!

What's the cheapest way of getting to Granada from your town?

By plane, I think.

Where would you recommend for going out in Granada?

L'Alhambra obviously! Even flitting around the neighbourhoods in Granada is pure happiness.

Where are your favourite places to dine in Granada?

On Plaza Nueva, a super pizza place!

Which cultural places would you recommend visiting?

The Cartuja monastery is a must-do. It isn't visited much (in my opinion) but it's worth it!

Any advice you'd give to future students in Granada?

It's a crazy city!
