The best way to learn a language is to do in the country that it is spoken!
I would personally recommend taking an intensive Spanish course in Granada. It is a brilliant city to meet other students from all over the world. It is a city rich in culture... the Alhambra, tapas nights, flamenco shows and so on.
There are many Spanish schools in Granada, however Escuela Delengua would be an excellent choice. I personally took a 4 week course there and wan't disappointed!
