Glasgow - City of happiness

What to tell first?

I’ve spent a year in Glasgow through an Erasmus program. And that was the best experience of my life so far.

Glasgow is pure, simple, awesome. I went there initially from France. And the architecture, the day-to-day life is completely different than from France.

The simple idea of knowing that everybody in the street will smile for no reason, saying “good morning” even though they absolutely didn‘t know me, that everybody’s cheerful and happy, simply made my days.

Living in Glasgow is about learning a new language (truth be told, Glaswegian have their own language ahahh! Kidding! ). More seriously, especially if your an outlander, coming from outside the UK, Glasgow would be the empire of new things, a new culture, a new way of life, and magnificient landscapes.

Living in Glasgow (apart from partying almost all days after uni, ahahh) allowed me to become more confident, less stressed (Scots are not stressed neither stressful at all! ), to take things easy, to meet wonderful people from all over the world and to laugh at everything (Scots are really good at it! )

But more than everything, my experience in Glasgow allowed me to be 100% happy for once.
