This depends on where you want to live. It is near impossible to find a budget accommodation near the universities. The rest is pretty easily accommodated.

City centre presents a lot of options but at a high price. Like most of the UK, Indian and fast food is readily available.

What advice would you give future students heading to Glasgow?

I will recommend students to stay away from political talk with an average Scot. There are a few points that are left better alone.

There are a few small places that you should not go to e. g. Govan Hill. The crime rate is high in such areas.

The rest, people are very friendly and helpful. You will also need some time to get used to their accent.
