The food is typically British therefore can be seen as quite junky as there's a lot of fried and greasy food such as fry-ups, chippy's, kebabs etc but there's also delicacies such as the black pudding, haggis and cranachan or amazing fish (salmon, cod and hake) or oysters which are always fresh.

There's so much nightlife in Glasgow there's literally streets dedicated to it. The best clubs are Bamboo, Buff Club, Kokomo, Kushion, Polo and Garage. Although it all depends on your type of music and dress codes as well.

I'd say to definitely immerse yourself with the locals as they're friendly and always up for a chat and also to visit all around the country as it has so much to offer whether it's something sporty, fun, alcoholic or chilled.
