it is very small city and local people are not very friendly. price are very expensive probably ı will never recommend to live gent. But university is very good in terms of education, resources

the weather was very cold for me and you dont have many things to do ever night some club, party the same thing

How much does it cost to live in Ghent?

rent for small room in the city center cost 415 € including all the bills. and average cost per week is 100 € if you dont go out everyday. mid range meal 2 course start at 15 € per person /mc donalds or similar fast food menu cost 6-7 €. Beer or soft drinks 2-4 €.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Ghent? Is there any advice you can give?

ı go a real estate agency and ı rented the first room. you should pay 2 months deposit but you dont have to pay anything to the agency.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

beer, waffle, belgian fries, chocolate.

grazlei, some small bars (de klein kunst?)

to good food they prefer to eat sandwiches in Panos.

De Kleins kunst is a good place.

you will need a lot money start to save now.
