My Phd project is funding by Gent University.

Scholarship of 4 years. No money for the living cost.
What is the student lifestyle like in Ghent?
Parties.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Ghent to other students?
Yes.
What is the food like?
Lot of kind of fast food.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Ghent?
Yes, not really easy to find one.
How much does it cost to live in Ghent?
Around 400 euros for accommodation, food and drinks not too much expensive.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Flemish is hard but lot of courses with the university. Lot of people speak English.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Ghent from your city?
Plane and train.
