I choose Geneve because of the location close to rest of Europe. Also because the possibility to create good connexions with people studying and working here.

One semester, around 1200 €.

What is the student lifestyle like in Geneva?

It's very expensive but its what you make it to. Make good friends and you will have an awesome time.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Geneva to other students?

I went to HEG Geneva School of Business Administration and I absolutely recommend it, if you like much practical work, presentations and working in groups.

What is the food like?

Expensive, cook at home!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Geneva?

Yes, start looking early.

How much does it cost to live in Geneva?

500CHF.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

It´s French, yes there are some classes.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Geneva from your city?

TPG, public transport.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Geneva?

• La Plage.
• Java.
• Point Bar.
• Elephant.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Geneva?

Holy Cow.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Not much.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Geneva in the future?

Buy food in France, take the opportunity and visit other cities, countries.
