Kai is a quirky little cafe situated on Sea road, a small street in Galway city. It is a small cafe and so can be quite busy at times with limited seating however it is worth dropping in to have a coffee or whatever you fancy.
The decor inside is mostly wooden with partly a glasshouse-esque type ceiling that lets the light in. They have a lovely menu with a variety of options for lunch and dinner.
It is owned by the Murphy's and they have also won some awards. I find it is a place where you can go and relax and read a paper when it is quiet.
I find it to be one of the secret treasures of Galway.
