The Galway International Arts Festival is a festival that happens every year. It is a great festival that promotes culture and the arts in Galway. One of my favourite events are the concerts that take place there.

A big top tent is erected and different musicians come to play. Previous acts have included Walking on Cars and The Coronas. The Coronas are playing again this year and it is set to be an amazing show. You can purchase alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks at the outdoor venue. Last year Bell X1 played and had an unbelievable show. The festival has an array of events which include theatre, music, comedy and of course the arts.
