There is a lot of restaurants, food is cheap and you can find anything.

No.

That's very cheap. Maybe 400-500 euros for accommodation, food, parties, transport, mobile phone, internet, etc...
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
The language courses are available and furthermore the german courses are cheap for an Erasmus students.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Frankfurt (Oder) from your city?
Flight from Barcelona to Berlin and there take a train to Frankfurt (Oder).
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Frankfurt (Oder)?
There are a lot of places, it's depends on what you like.
