I would recommend it to live in but one thing need to keep in mind that different areas in Dhaka are different in prices in terms of housing, The daily life needs are almost identical to each areas except the rent of houses. Some areas like Gulshan, Different DOHS, Banani are expensive in terms of house rent.

No it's not that hard. But you need to spend 1 or 2 days to find it. You can choose any area to cover in a day. Take a walk and find your suitable places. Keep in mind, generally you will find a 'TO-LET' notice infront of a building. Just go to the contact address and have a talk with the owner.

The foods are awesome here if you are a spicy lover. The traditional foods are Rice, Biriyani, Chicken, Beef, etc etc. You will find thousand of restaurants to choose from. My favorite food is 'Morog Polaw' it is a special kind of rice served with gravy chicken.

it is very hard to find a place to visit in Dhaka. People over here are extreme busy with their works. Again its a densely populated city you will ever find.......
Is it good to eat out in Dhaka? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
It is very good to do that. There are thousands of restaurants in Dhaka in different places. The restaurants in Banani, Gulshan, DOHS are expensive. You will find good food in a lower price in Motijheel area. Motijheel is the heart of business area of Dhaka. Many restaurants are ther. I can suggest you a restaurant named 'MALAIKA KHABAR GHAR'. I recommended restaurant to have food from here. They are just awesome. You will also find foods at every street. but choose wisely whether you can digest those or not as these street foods are spicy in nature

Generally after the busy day people love to stay in their places in Dhaka. But you can go for a walk. It is a bit risky to go for a walk at every place. If you want to have a party just go to any restaurant or Hotel. For a movie, go to a movie theater, Mind it it will be good if you move in a group otherwise you may face some awkward moments.
What advice would you give future students heading to Dhaka?
I would suggest them to be confident whatever you are doing here. Whatever it is. Just be confident and calm. Try to find a person over here who can help you regarding the facts that you are asking for. The people over here are very friendly and co-operative. But some people try to take advantages from those who are new to this city.
