Generally, what is Czech University of Life Sciences Prague like?

CULS is like a living university with a great atmosphere on the campus. About the faculties and studies, it depends what is your field of study. I think each exchange student has had a great time during their studies.

What are the facilities like?

It depends on the faculty. The Faculty of Economics has a lot of money so the facilities are great. I don't know more about other faculties but it might be also good.

On the other hand, we have got quite old dormitories which are now under reconstruction so you can get a good one or an old one (where the construction has not done yet).

Are the lessons easy in Czech University of Life Sciences Prague?

I cannot say they are easy but I have been heard that the lessons in English language are easier than in Czech language and the professors are nicer to Exchange students.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Most of the activities are in Czech language. We have got an organisation which makes a lot of activities for students. Unfortunately our department for incoming students is not the best one. Currently, a group of students try to set up organisation for Exchange students and prepare better orientation week, activities etc. (Hopefully it is in the process)

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

It depends on the teacher and the lesson.

Are there any stories you can share?

People are usually nice and you will have a great time with beer on the campus. Maybe you will have to spend more time with handling the documents.
