FranKy Kitchen - Fruits-Shake

I like to cook but sometimes I'm so lazy and not brave to go anywhere near the fridge!

In Erasmus, and also now, of course, because I continue being lazy, the solution to my culinary problems is the smoothie. I usually buy lots of fruits and take advantage of them. My mother says it's wrong but come on!, I do it.

I pick apples, pears and strawberries (it can also be with peach) and other sweet fruits with 1 or 2 flavored yogurt + milk and juice with the flavor you please and mix with the blender!

You get a super fruits-shake and will have 2 or 3 glasses for the day. But drink it fast because the vitamins are going out very fast.
