Cosy 1 Bedroom flat in Nordvest Copenhagen!

I'm looking for a reliable person or couple to take over my lovely apartment in Nordvest. The flat is 40m2 and comes furnished + has a well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and lots of storage space. The rent is 7000 kroner per month, which includes water, electricity and heating. Additionally, I'll be asking for a deposit equivalent to 1 months rent. Minimum 3 month's contract, starting October 1st. There will be a possibility to extend the contract.

The place is really well located within walking distance to supermarkets and the metro.
