Copenhagen (2) - Drinking beer like a Dane

Drink beer like a Dane

Probably, until now, when I returned home three months after visiting beautiful Denmark, I noticed that Danish beers were well known in the world.

Especially after I read about the competition in the beer market in Vietnam between the big beer in the world, Carlsberg is the fourth largest beer company in the world and has penetrated the Vietnamese market for a long time, As a strategic partner of Hanoi Beer.

Moreover, I have read the most recent recent deal in Vietnam is the "change of nationality" of Hue beer. Hue Brewery Company (Huda) was established in 1990 under the name Hue Brewery. However, by 1994, it had cooperated with the Carlsberg Group (Denmark) as a joint venture, each contributing 50% of the capital. From then on, Hue Beer Company (Huda) officially came into being.

Huda Beer quickly became a major brand in the Central and Hue Beer Company is now considered one of the four giants of the Vietnam beer industry. The other three are Sabeco, Habeco and Vietnam Beer. So Carlsberg, apparently intent on acquiring the capital of the Vietnamese partner is the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province from a joint venture to become a 100% foreign-owned company.

I have to tell you that this is a cult, but this is not the first time Carlsberg owns a stake in a business beer. Carlsberg entered the Vietnamese market for the first time in 1993 through establishing joint ventures with local companies.

However, because in Carlsberg, Carlsberg primarily sells the beer brand, so when Carlsberg reminds me, I do not know if it is a brewery or another company. Anyway, I still drink more Heineken beer.

However, while in Copenhagen, I did not know about this incident, fortunately the predicament took me to the famous Carlsberg beer in Denmark.

First, I will continue with the story of my visit to Copenhagen, after leaving Frederik's Church, I continue to walk towards Kongens Nytorv or the King's New Square.

1, Nyhavn - The road is known as having the most bars in the North Europe

From here, I visit the place that I have always been looking forward to, the most visited place in Copenhagen - Nyhavn translated into English meaning New Harbor New Harbor or New Harbor - This is a deep harbor in. The land was built by the Danish king four centuries ago. Nyhavn was built by Swedish prisoners during the Swedish-Danish War.

I think there are many reasons that Nyhavn is famous, in terms of transport it is a canal from the sea to the King's Square (Kongens Nytorv), Nyhavn is also the most notorious Danish fishing route of the sailors after Long distances. All of these reasons are from the old days, but now it is the architectural beauty of this street that attracts tourists to Nyhavn.

In Denmark, if you ask me which road is most photographed, printed on the most postcards, and most reminiscent of tourists,

I will answer is Nyhavn - the road is known as the most bars in the North Europe. People travel to Copenhagen or joke, if in this country friends go together but where to think is the way Nyhavn, what kind of people will also converge on Nyhavn by beauty and power Its full of attractive appeal.

The Danish word hygge - meaning to relax and shake off all worries in life, is more brief, understandable as "carefree", and if you come to Nyhavn, want the most carefree, please stop by Into a brasserie space call for a glass of beer at points like Tattoo shop, or Red building # 20, where writer Andersen once lived and wrote famous works. .

If you're talking about beer, Nyhavn has everything from familiar names such as Carlsberg, Guld, Kilkenny, Guinness, to Jacobsen Brown Ale, Tuborg, Somersby, Staropramen, and strange beer like Leffe Brune, Hoegaarden. But the point is more impressive is the interior space of the clinic. The architecture of the brewery is sparkling with the colors of the bras, and the interior is warm, with a classic, deep, noble tone, forming a specialty in Nyhavn.

With its location in the middle of the north bank, the 17th pub is a familiar destination that my friend Toby introduced to Denmark, not because of Toby's dating place with his girlfriend in the old days. , but because of the interior space of the 17 beautiful and luxurious, the position of seating is higher than the road surface, so from the space can see the view of the canal stream and wooden boats Ancient anchorage berth.

No matter what season of the year, whether sunny or rainy, dry or windy, Nyhavn retains a charming allure. The same buildings, with ancient architecture from the 17th to the 18th centuries, but with some strokes with paint of the facade, have completely changed the face of Nyhavn, combined with the ancient port of call The boat, the warmth of each pubic space, has made Nyhavn one of the most exciting and exciting destinations in Copenhagen.

To tell the truth for the first time I saw Nyhavn shimmering shining brightly in the afternoon sun in Copenhagen, I had to say:

"Too beautiful, gorgeous. The most beautiful place I have ever visited, even it is more beautiful and colorful than Venice "

I like the color so I'm impressed by the colorful, colorful houses that I have never visited before in Copenhagen, I have never seen a place where the house is so colorful, even in Spain or in Venice.

The houses, in essence beer taverns in the crowded port of Nyhavn with tourists, boat docks, colorful houses, are even more wonderful.

After returning to find out, I know that the famous Andersen writer lived for 20 years in this Nyhavn.

I took a little time to find a beautiful angle, I have a beautiful picture for my own, actually the place is the most famous and beautiful attraction Copenhagen so tourists are countless. I have to wait until I get to take that photo.

Then I continue along the Nyhavn Canal. I am so happy when I am fortunate to visit Copenhagen, the beautiful pictures will certainly be very much like that. At that time I also think or tonight I will write a long status with beautiful pictures of Copenhagen? Although I honestly do not dare to up photo because my friends at home might feel jealous of me.

It says that sometimes I travel, travel alone in Europe, or anywhere, I often encounter hard hardships, even travel dust save on living is very hard. Things like sleeping in an airport garage, or midnight or early morning gloom in the dark are very common.

However, what my friends and family at home feel is just "he's so happy, traveling around Europe." That comes out to say that there is a voice that does not have pieces.

I also have a similar case, so after that only special destinations, then write status and up photos on Facebook, but normally just silent to go. That back to Copenhagen so beautiful! Must say is beautiful so I want to share to everyone at home !!!

Anyway, there is a photo gallery of my dear friends, at that time I wish to have a loved one or a friend here to ask me to take a picture like that.

I picked up the beloved camera wandering the scene where suddenly I saw two middle-aged people are drinking beer scattered on a boat parked in the middle of the harbor, the theory is that from that corner I will take a beautiful picture. here.

At first I was a bit shy, and then I felt a strong motivation to say "Just do what you want". Maybe partly because it was my last trip during the Erasmus that I decided to rush in and ..

2, So I entered the Danish Beer Society like that?

I came and proactively suggested that I want to join.

So he asked me "Do you have beer? I say not.

So he just pointed me straight ahead and turned left at a nearby alley with a small grocery store, and I did not know how much I bought a bottle of Carlsberg classic Danish.

So we sat down and drank beer but the friends have been familiar for a long time. Then we talked about all sorts of things in life, first of all the things that I came from, and the bad experiences.

3, Travel, art and lifesaver jackets

After settling down on the boat I discovered that these boats were out of order boats, saying it was not too much, because it belonged to the state, they spent money to restore and drop these old boats on this habor in order to make it look olders.

In fact, I find this to be a great travel idea, the fact that the state spends money to maintain the boats in Nyhavn creating  a space completely the same as it was a few hundred years ago, it is hard to imagine but if you go out of this habor for 1 km, you will see modern constructions and buildings.

I really appreciate the great tourism idea of Denmark Government.

Scenic boats parked at Nyhavn - a great Copenhagen space preservation concept.

Then, I visited

Then I noticed a Charlottenborg Fonden building on the other side of the street, which was decorated in a special way by stuffing hundreds of lifesaver  jackets into the windows.

Putting a few hundred lifesavers jackets into my window is a great art idea, just making the house a lovely art venue where we (the beer team) are screaming at each other that they must have left so that if anyone drowned, just reach out to withdraw one then throw it into the water.

Looking at the picture, you may seem simple, but in fact these lifesaver jackets are "tucked" in a very artistic way, both create a unique street art venue, and raise the awareness of people about the problem of safety on water transportation.

4 . Toilet bar in Germany

I share with the beer team about my journey after Copenhagen, I will visit Berlin and Amsterdam, besides I say I want to visit the Heineken Beer Museum and get a surprise response from the Danish beer team. .

"What? Heineken, okay Holland but I think our Danish beer is better. "

I like to drink beer, but also not enough to judge which beer is better than beer, and then have fun.

The old friend suggested to me to visit a bar in Berlin, a bar in which you have to drink beer from the toilet as well as bars will find ways to make you sticky like beer and shake shake it or sometimes you open the door to the brasserie that automatically drops water from above your head. So funny! Ha.

  5. Girl Friend.

I do not know how the ghosts at that time? Or did I drink a little glaze, which I confess a bit with the beer team that:

Yesterday was the one year anniversary we loved each other, so now I miss my lover. I would like to do something to commemorate this event, for example as a clip.

Although, if you sit in the middle of a public place and turn around, it's a little shame, so I decided to do it.

The clip simply told me that I was far away and a month back I would return to her, hoping she would be waiting for me to finish this final trip.

(Somewhat sadly the current official recognition was that the clip disappeared in the sd card along with my camera in Seville, Spain)

I finally broke up with the two beer lovers and decided to continue exploring and taking pictures at the port before I came back and slowly enjoy the snack potato chips along with my beer bottle, waiting for the sunset to let go down.

Sitting in Nyhavn, drinking Carlsberg beer in the Danish capital.

I was going to wait for the sunset because my stomach kept screaming for a year, so after being around for an hour, it was just 4pm in Denmark, but because it was summer 10h kiss muscles

So I took my camera to the hostel, got some stuffed up before returning to Nyhavn to take a picture of the sunset.
