the City is small most people move with taxi around the city accept the locals take buses, taxi very cheap 5 Euro per trip. there are a lot of student from middle eat and India studying University

Moldova one of the poorest country in Europe most of local Student are depending on some family member support financially over 25% from population live in Europs supporting family remembers. the life is cheap

How much does it cost to live in Chisinau?

I think for University student 750 Euro is more than enough, including
rent, food, money pocket, school material etc..

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Chisinau? Is there any advice you can give?

There are a lot of Flats available in Chisinau two rooms between 150 to 250 euro depend on the location and if the building is new.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Local traditional food is mixed between Russian and Romanian but there are Italian, American rest, and many fast food

Museums, parks the city is green city with punch of parks, Wine galleries Moldova is wine producer on wide scale,

hundreds of restaurants around the city centers and in Malls.
some good restaurant offer large steak very good and German bear for 15 Euro only.

Is the nightlife good in Chisinau? Where is good to go?

Oh Ya , Chisinau has a lot of night clubs where young people go, but they open late, many bowling bars are open until mid-nights and malls has cinemas.

What advice would you give future students heading to Chisinau?

He will find a country with real four season nice in Spring and Autumn
very cold winter and hot summer up to 38 degrees. the live is easy here the people are nice and polite specially to student from west Europe.
