What is it like to live in Chisinau? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I would not recommend this city, because there are a lot of people who are not quite good. City bu itself is okay , i mean nature , parks and so on.

What is the student lifestyle like in Chisinau?

Students basically live with parents , studying at universities and have parties at weekend.

How much does it cost to live in Chisinau?

Chisinau is not so expensive , average double room apartment for 1 month costs 250 euro.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Chisinau? Is there any advice you can give?

It is not very difficult , but you should know web-sites where to find it.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I do not like national food of Moldova, because it is specific. My favourite dishes are: soups, pizza , rice, chicken.

What places would you recommend visiting in Chisinau?

The tower of wine makers, Dendrarium, dam.

Is it good to eat out in Chisinau? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes , it is good . Kitchen here is simple , but very delicious. I would recoomend to go to steak house, andy's pizza, and la placinte(very good national food)

Is the nightlife good in Chisinau? Where is good to go?

There is no nightlife in Chisinau except night clubs. It is good to go to Flamingo, Drive.

What advice would you give future students heading to Chisinau?

A lot of people in Moldova don't know english , so i advise you to learn russian or moldavian, but basically people who work in restaurants and so on know english and teenagers too.
