What is it like to live in Casablanca? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Casablanca is often referred to as white city because most of its buildings and streets are white. It considers the biggest city in Morocco and the third biggest one after Lagos and Cairo. It dates back to approximately 1000 years before the birth of Christ . It was inhabited by the Phoenicians, the Carthaginians, the Romans, and the Amazighs who still live here with the Arabs who emigrated from the Arab peninsula, the moorish who were expelled from Andalusia, the african refugees and the european investors. in the city you can visit the longest silo in the world the oldest jewish museum christian churches where you see the window holders, the doors the scriptures the archways the architecture and of course their people in addition, you find a mixture between historical cities, parts Baghdad, sides of Jerusalem, chunks of Cairo, shape of Damascus, and contours of Marseille. Portuguese port, Spanish cafes, French buildings and Italian restaurants.
What is the student lifestyle like in Casablanca?
The student lifestyle is so good here because Moroccans study with many foreign students from all over Africa

It's easy to find an accomodation in Casablanca. There are cheap offers in Airbnb or booking

My favourite dishes are couscous Tajine and pastella
What places would you recommend visiting in Casablanca?
1-Mosque Hassan II is the biggest mosque in Africa ,it has the largest minerate in the world around 220 meters with the moroccan architecture. addition, this mosque is around the ocean.
2- Old Medina where you can meet people from all over the city also you can buy souvenirs and try a local food.
3-Morocco Mall is the biggest supermarket in Africa above the ocean in front of a small island called Abderehman where you can do shopping, watch the biggest aquarium in Africa and entertain with the dancing fountain .
4-Hay al Hubus is an old square where you can see the Moroccan architecture, the archways, the doors the windows holders, the scriptures and many details.

Yes it's so good to eat out in Casablanca
I recommend you Bab Marrakech to eat Moroccan fish.
Is the nightlife good in Casablanca? Where is good to go?
Yes there are many bars in Ain diab beach and the downtown of casablanca
What advice would you give future students heading to Casablanca?
Don't hesitate to come to casablanca ! Weather is good, super cheap, rich history, delicious food and of course their good people
