Why did you choose to go to Bucharest, Romania?

I choose Romania for studies because as soon as you finish your studies the diploma you get is really good and recognised in every country in Europe... And the school fee was quite cheap! Now about Bucharest... What can I say?... I choose it because it's been called the Paris of Eastern Europe... And my cousin told me he had such a good time time here.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bucharest?

The life style? It's the perfect place for a student to party.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Bucharest to other students?

Of course, the professors are kind and good. The atmosphere is very nice in class.

What is the food like?

You can find anything you want to eat... For every taste!

How much does it cost to live in Bucharest?

300-350 monthly! -personal costs -

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language is very difficult but there are special courses that you can attend and learn it at universities.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Bucharest from your city?

By airplane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Bucharest?

In the center or old town, it's always full of people, there are some nice pubs, clubs restaurants etc....

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The palace of Parliament -2nd biggest building of the world after pentagon, worth visiting for, the museums.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Bucharest in the future?

Bucharest = party time!
