How much does it cost to live in Brno?

I think living is Brno is less expensive than most of the cities in Europe. You can find a room for 150€, the prices in supermarkets are really low and you can buy bottle of vodka for 5€ - thats a good reason for coming.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Brno? Is there any advice you can give?

For me it was really easy to find an accommodation here, definitely easier than in bigger cities of Europe. You can find rooms in a dorms, flats or rent whole flat, it depends on you.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Im from Slovakia so the food here is really similar to the food im used to, but till now every foreign student that came to Brno said he likes it.

You can find a place to eat on every corner, with really cheap menu for the lunch time.

There is a lot of night clubs in Brno, I think that everyone can find a place he likes. The most famous clubs are: Caribic, Fleda, Faval, Sono, Metro, Two faces,..

What advice would you give future students heading to Brno?

Enjoy your stay, cause its really worth it!
