What is it like to live in Bratislava? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I only moved here 8 weeks ago and I have already met sme great people which is really easy as there are so many groups to join but also it's easy to go out and meet people in bars. The city is lovely and people are very friendly. Alcohol is cheap and eating out is also cheap. Grocery shops and clothes shops are quite expensive.

How much does it cost to live in Bratislava?
It can be expensive!
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bratislava? Is there any advice you can give?
Yes. There are websites available though, like Flat share, sk, etc. Google is the best for this.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
I can't help with this one although I am coeliac and dairy free. It's been very accommodating.
What places would you recommend visiting in Bratislava?
The castle must be the first stop! Main historical centre and also Devin castle is lovely. There are lots and good pubs and clubs in the town.
If you are here at Christmas then the markets are very nice.
Is it good to eat out in Bratislava? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yes. Lots if ipyiond from sushi, vegatarian, fast food and the most obvious Slovak restaurants.
Is the nightlife good in Bratislava? Where is good to go?
Yes, it's great and not very expensive.
What advice would you give future students heading to Bratislava?
Organise accomodation before coming here. After that enjoy!
