What is it like to live in Braşov? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

The city is picturesque, it has a beuatiful downtown.It is a large city, it used to be the industrial center of the region. There are lost of good restaurants, clubs, sports clubs. In winter you can ski at a nearby resort Poiana. A lot of tourists come to visit the city. I like living here.

What is the student lifestyle like in Braşov?

It is good, there are many events going on.

How much does it cost to live in Braşov?

To rent a two room apartment costs around 300 EUR a months, utilities another 80, you can buy lunch for 5 EUR. Food is about the same as in other countries in Europe.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Braşov? Is there any advice you can give?

It is not easy, but you can find in the outskirts more than in the city center.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Really good, there is agreat variety. All the fasat food chains can be found here.

What places would you recommend visiting in Braşov?

Black Church, the downtown, the Tampa mountain.

Yes, it is very good.

Is the nightlife good in Braşov? Where is good to go?

Yes. I dont really go out, so I cannot give you any recommandations on that.
