Eating in Bordeaux

Overall, Bordeaux is a city where you can eat really well. I have visited many French cities and it is guaranteed that you'll eat well, but in Bordeaux, you'll eat amazingly with a good price-quality ratio.

I'll start with my favourite restaurants that you cannot miss during your time as an Erasmus student. I am sure that before this post, there were no blogs on this subject which left me guiding my friend's experiences and comment sections on other platforms.

These are my top restaurants in the centre of Bordeaux.

Chez Lily et Marcel

This is a great restaurant to have dinner with your friends . It is very close to La place de la Bourse, and is right in the centre. We celebrated more than one birthday here and it's reasonably priced. You can chose from three types of menus: starter, main and dessert (18 euros), main and dessert (15.50 euro, highly recommended) or starter and main (15.90 euros). You will not leave hungry as the dishes are quite big and most come with salad or amazing chips. You can chose between burgers or a typical French dish such as duck confit, duck breast, oven-baked camembert... If you really like duck (which is very common in France), try the duck breast, it is incredibly good. And the desserts... Delicious! Such as the
