Why not go to the cinema

hello readers, this time I will give you an insightful and hopefully spoiler free review on the first Marvel movie I watched the other day. As you can guess the movie is called Deadopool 2. I got the courage to watch this movie thanks to the motivation that came from my friends, now that I look back at it the only thing I can say is that it was a unregrettable time spent with my eyes and ears glued to the screen, surrounded with friends whom voices I recognised from their laughter as the unfolding of the punch lines of the movie.

Guess which movie it is..

A friend of mine was about to finish his Erasmus so, together with some other people, we went to the cinema. I didn’t manage to be at the cinema on time because I had to attend a lecture. This time, my lateness was not a big deal because the movie started almost twenty-five minutes after the scheduled starting time. At first I thought that here in Poland they wouldn't have this commercials time before a movie because in my mind starting things at the established time is at the base of a poles' mentality but then again our world is influenced by the flow of money and commercials are a great way to make money.

Where to watch it ?

In Gdansk there are many shopping malls where usually it is possible to find a cinema (kino in polish) and the one where I saw this movie is called Helios cinema and you can find it inside the Galeria Metropolia, on the second floor. Again you have to love Mother Poland for this: with your student card you pay only 17 zl. At the counter you can get something to drink or a snack to take with you but I didn't get anything because I prefer not to. The seats are comfortable and it just gives you the right vibe to relax and enjoy a movie.

What I learned from this experience

There are a couple of things I can say that I have learned thanks to this movie and of course thanks to my motivating friends that I have; For now I will just list the relevant ones:

  • You can't say that you don't like something before you try it. Give it a shot and who knows maybe it will be just the thing that will turn things around for you, this movie did exactly that to me.
  • spending time with friends is a good thing, especially when you do something that gets everyone excited like in this case going to the kino, cinema.
  • Movies are amazing because they let you see things in the eyes of someone who is different from you and probably doing things that you don't get to do everyday.
  • Don’t be afraid to let yourself get into a situation you have never been into; having some nice, motivating friends might help with this one

Cheers to you all and thanks for reading!
