Why did you choose to go to Belfast, UK? And what is your first impression?

Because I wanted a place that allowed me to improve my English, my work skills as an optician trainee and Ireland is a country that I thought I would really like. 

My expectations weren't that high, because I already visited a few cities in England. Belfast seemed like to be almost the same. My first impression was, that Belfast is a really pretty city  (-architexture), but at the same time very dirty (Holylands). In the City Centre it's a "wee" better (As they would say in Belfast).
