- so loud may bother audience, so soft maybe difficult to follow
- depend on the size o the room and also level of emphasis
Structures

Pauses:
- Sense Pause 1 to 2s
- Transition Pause
- Dramatic pause: 3 to 7s to make a statement after the pause – spotlight
- Reflextive pause – time for audience to reflect
Nonverbal communication body language
- Stance: stand still confident opening and closing move
- Movement: purposeful movements
-Guestures: head shoulder
- Facial experession: consistent with your feeling
- eye contact: look at 1 person to finish one thought > honesty interest and confidence
And audience cannot refuse or ignore you
- not so long and not so quick
