During my Erasmus period in Vila Real, I had the opportunity to travel to Morocco with Erasmus Fun, and I can say with all certainty that this was an unforgettable experience. The Erasmus Fun organization made possible for me to make this trip at a very affordable price, which allowed me to know one of the most fascinating countries in the world.

The trip started in Marrakech, a vibrant and lively city, where I could enjoy the typical Moroccan architecture, try the delicious local cuisine, and immerse myself in the culture of this exotic country. From there, we left for High Atlas, where we could enjoy the majestic mountains and breathtaking scenery.

Ait Benhaddou was our next destination, an ancient fortified city that has been used as the setting for many famous movies. It was exciting to walk through the narrow streets and feel the living history that is still present in this place.

We continued the trip to Ouarzazate, where we visited one of the largest film studios in the world and learned about the Moroccan film industry. But the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly when we arrived in the Sahara desert.

We slept in Bedouin tents in the middle of the desert and were able to enjoy the incredible starry sky at night. It was a surreal and indescribable experience, which made me feel small and humble before the grandeur of nature. To reach the desert, we rode on dromedaries and had an exciting hike through the desert.

The whole trip was organized by Erasmus Fun and I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided. The organization was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire trip. If you are planning a trip to Morocco, I recommend that you contact Erasmus Fun and find out how they can help you have an amazing experience, just like I did.

In summary, my Erasmus experience in Vila Real was enriching in many aspects, and the trip to the Sahara desert with Erasmus Fun was the highlight of this period. I hope to have the opportunity to travel with them again in the future, and if you are planning a trip to Morocco, I recommend Erasmus Fun
