New skills that you learn this year?
What are the new skills that you learn this year?
I have learned cooking skills that I told myself when I was a kid that I would never do it. Interestingly, we always can actually change the way we think as we grow up. It is the way everything works.
I went to a falafel hut and learnt to cook falafel, pizza, burger and make everything.
Here how to make pizza:
- buying a pizza machine
- half of milk + 80g sugar + 50 salt + 80g east + half liter water > mix
> oil and water liter
> water stand by
- each pizza 350g or above
- pizza in fridge should be warmed up again a bit > tomato sauce > cheese > toppings > cheese
***
Falafel > mix things
- having falafel machine
- humous on bread > mash falafel > salads > wrap > toast 1min
***
humous : chickpie put in the machine > oil + tahinir (quite running) > run the machine
green things like rau thom
garlic mayone > mayone + mint + tahinir
***
Tahinir: water 20% > small spoon of salt, half sea salt spoon, maybe sugar + 1 spoon garlic + lemon 5 spoons > mix
>> puting tahinir
***
cabarge > cut it > salt + vinigar + sugar + sea salt + oil > mix
***
burger
>> burger hit up + meet fried + salad + sauce
When I arrive the shop, I make salad, cut things like TOMATO, CUCUMBER, CARROT, PEPERONI, LATOS, CABBAGE RED AND WHITE, pitchi or cucumber salt
>> present them behind the glass where customer can see
>> turn on the machine before 30 minutes
>> everything: sauce, falafel, wrap papper, thot dao ready
>> clean
>> opening putting the sign outside
**During selling I learn how to wrap (one side to hold, other side to open);;;
**Doing cabbage, doing carrot, halumi,
bringing stuff from storage boxes, chicken ....
**sauce making
**opening pizza
Each monday or friday, going to get more stuff for the shop
