My time in Jerusalem and Betlehem

When I was with ship in Israel in port not far from Betlehem and Jerusale 6 of us decidet to visit such holly place as ship was idle in port not working with cargo loading, We order taxi big one for 6 people plus driver who was also our guide as know a lot  history and places to see. We departed ship early in the morning and after a while saw how Israely when setled there from desert made so fertile land one will never said that ever it was baren land with sand only as now was all kind of vegetables and fruit there, On one place driver showed us one place and told us story how Israelies bough land from Jorda what was mud actualy and no posible for any crop, But they had plan before how to make land for agriculture there. They seed Eucaliptus tree there and as Eucaliptus need plenty water and grow quite fast after a while mud with waater was gone leaving most fertile land where they seedd all kind of vegetables,

Firs we went to Betlehem Palestinian small town where Isus Christ was born, It was great experience as accordin history and New testament He was born in poor place as was no place for Maria who was pregnant. It looks like place when he was born as cave but it is big curch above it built and behind oltar there are steps and one go down and come to place wher he was born, what and feeling and on flor is star of Betlehem.

One really feel some energy there and was very glad that had opportunity to visit so holly place , was 6 of us, different religions, Christian catholic, ortodox, Hindus, Muslims, but we all felt great respect for this place and more over we as seaman never interfere in someone religion.

When I became senior officer I gather crew , and told them clear, if anyone of you interfer is someone religion and I found out, that person will from first next port go home, will pay from his pockets all expences as agents fee and plane ticket and can be sure that will never again be employed on this company, This is someting what is personal for each of us and sacred, and we are seamen travelling world wide and saw lot of places wit people diffrent religion and all want same, to live in peace, and calm in soul, I hope you all notice that, they agree, and said no worry chief, we are all same, so when was Muslim holly month and days as Company have days to thm not to work and we made party no matter of religion, so I told Captain straight as I  was in charge for crew overtime hours and accordin company regulations when have religious festivals gave them free, but I told him if now i Muslim holly days and they will no work then also Christians will no work as well but we shall make party grill lamp all together, and same will be on Christmass, for Christians have free but Muslim I give free too so we celebtae also or Big Friday so crew love it.

So then in Betlehem we bought each some souveniers and then were heading for Jerusalem, and old part of Jerusale also is Palestinians and lot of holly places are there.

During our journey we pas upward some hill and taxi driver who was also our guard tolsd us, i will show when we came to certain place of that hill something you will never gorget all your life, I know that part as is not on all road in hill but some 300m. So when he came to that point he knew stop the big mercedes car for 6 passenger and put it in neutral, and told us to come out and watch this phenomenon, after a while car  what was in neutral by gear lever start by itself going upwards that hill some unknown force pull car up. We could not belive our eyes, we saw that is  road leading us downward slope was no big, so one had of us come on idea to pour coke on the road to see by our own eyes where liquid , in this case coke will be going, and coke was going downwards and that big car slowly upwards.

It was biggest miracle I eever and my fellows from ship saw in our lives, Driver when we enter car and continue journey told us that hill had name " Magnetic hill" and not anyone knew why is that phenomen takin place on some 300 m of the road, he told us say jJapanese scince people were there use all means o ,odern instruments exist but could not find nothing unusual at all. Some force unknown to us is asting there.

After Betlehem we went o jerusalem, All Holy places are in the old part of The cit belons also to Palestinians and they live there,
