Hey there! How are your holidays going?

It’s summer and starting classes again is probably not something you are quite looking forward to just yet…Soon though you will have to begin preparing for your Erasmus year and one of the things to sort out is your cell phone subscription plan. Finding a cheap way to make phone calls to your friends and family once you arrive at your new destination can be quite a challenge, especially if you don’t want to spend a pretty penny on that.

Erasmsusu is here to help – we have found a very attractive solution for those of you coming to Spain for the next academic year. AIRIS Mobile offers low cost mobile phone services for both national and international calls. You can call cheap all 27 countries from the EU, as well as 17 other destinations (USA, Canada, Australia…). We like it not just because you can call and text abroad without overspending, but also because you don´t have to pre-schedule those much-needed calls with your best friend, the way you do with Skype. You will stay in touch with virtually everyone via your mobile device. Convenient, isn’t it?

“And the prices?”- you will ask. The monthly rate is 6,9 €. However, they have a rocking deal, only available to cool Erasmus people ;) If you join today you will get one month for free! We were thinking this could be a pretty good start of your Erasmus experience.

The rest of the rates are reasonably low: local phone calls to landlines or cell phones within Spain cost less than 1 eurocent/min. AIRIS Mobile has a all-in-one international fare so you can call home for 9 eurocents/min plus a 9-cent connection charge. Surfing online is not an issue either since the plan includes a 1 GB of Internet data. And the most awesome part: you don’t have to sign a commitment contract, annual or otherwise. There is no way out with that if you join the big Spanish phone companies instead.

Lastly, with AIRIS you get a number or groovy “extras” like a 3G Smartphone at a special price for subscribers. The phones come with 2 SIM slots in case you want to keep the phone number from your home country. And if you are completely addicted to your current smartphone, they offer to jail-break your phone so that it works with any mobile service provider. How about that?

Why not joining then? Don’t forget that today AIRIS Mobile give a month for free to try them out

The article is very interesting and informative, I find it useful for those who need to make international calls frequently. Nevertheless, there is even more to the topic of international calls because nowadays there are so many ways of making telephone calls to foreign countries. I read at https://www.pondmobile.com/blog/how-to-make-international-calls that there are phone plans that contain unlimited international calls and even data packages. The world is so diverse, isn't it?
