How to have more time?

The fact when you say you have no time is you actually don't prioritise your time well

Let's do some maths together to see how much time actually do we have everyday. I worked with some of my coaching clients and it turned out they actually can do their business as a full time job.

Let's imganine you are Ken (my favourite name of a good friend of mine)

- You have a full time job

- You want to do your business also 

- Each day Ken works 8 hours for his full time job + 7 to 8 hours sleep + 1 to 2 hours travelling eating + 1 hour exercise + 7 hours for other things (2 to 3 hours for family then 5 to 4 hours for working on his things)

>> 5* 6 hours = 30 hours 

>> weekend at least you can do 16hours for your work 

>> 36 hours per week working on something for yourself
